The London Bass Guitar Show 2016

Iconic British guitar string manufacturer and distributor Rotosound, is bringing its full range of string products and giving away a bass guitar at the forthcoming London Bass Guitar Show, taking place at Olympia from 12th-13th March 2016.

The bass will be part of a prize draw for customers who get one entry with every set of Rotosound strings bought from the firm’s stand (E2). So they can enter as many times as they want. All they have to do is bring their purchased string set and provide their email address for a chance to win the bass. The winner will be announced after the show.

Rotosound will have its full range of bass strings available on the booth including its ground-breaking Swing Bass 66 set, co-designed in the sixties with John Entwistle of The Who; Funkmasters –  which were developed with Level 42’s Mark King –  plus its Solo Bass 55 steel bass strings with linea pressure-wound finish and also its Nexus black polymer coated set, among others.

“We love coming to the Bass Show because it is a great chance to meet our customers, show them new products and demo all our strings.,” said Rotosound chairman, Jason How. “You can spend a lot of time talking about how good your products are but ultimately, particularly with strings, you need players to try them, feel them and hear the difference that only we bring from nearly sixty years of continuous manufacturing and development alongside some of rock’s music greatest bassists.”

Visitors to the stand will be able to hear the difference Rotosound strings make with demonstrations by bassist Alex Lofoco, who will be playing on the booth (E2) at designated times throughout the day – 10.45am; 1.45pm and 4.45pm.
